Throughout this “Terms & Conditions” agreement, Perfect Transportation Limousine and Sedans and/or staff members, its agents, representatives, affiliates, and employees will be known as “The Company”. All ‘Terms & Conditions” in this agreement apply to all listed as “The Company”.
“The Company” is not responsible for the loss or damage of articles left in or around “The Company” vehicle(s), or the offices of “The Company.” All complaints must be made to “The Company” by phone at 1-800-951-3017 immediately, the day or night of the service. Failure to call “The Company” offices, not the chauffeur, immediately will result in “The Company” not honoring any complaints after the date of the reservation.
You hereby agree to be responsible for any and all damages, including revenue loss or injury to any agent, staff member, employee, vehicle, or property of “The Company” which is caused by you and/or your guests.
Immediate Chargeable Items
Actual Cost Repairs: Any damages to the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle and/or property of “The Company” that require repair or replacement will result in the client being charged the actual repair or replacement costs plus any applicable fees and any vehicle “lost runs.”
1. Food Consumption: Eating or food of any kind is not allowed inside “The Company” vehicles.
- Fee: $300 clean-up fee.
2. Bodily Fluids/Vomiting: The release of bodily fluids/vomiting inside or outside of “The Company” vehicle.
- Fee: $500 clean-up fee & $250 sanitation fee per incident.
3. Excessive Glitter/Confetti/Particles: Excessive glitter, confetti, or other types of particles that are difficult to clean from the seats and floor of “The Company” vehicle.
- Fee: $300 clean-up fee.
4. Excessive Dirt/Sand/Mud: Excessive dirt, sand, or mud on seats and/or floors inside “The Company” vehicle.
- Fee: $400 clean-up fee.
1. Alcohol Consumption by Minors or Drug Use: Alcohol consumption by minors or drug use is prohibited by law in “The Company” vehicle.
- Consequence: Termination of reservation up to contacting local law authorities with no refunds.
2. Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside “The Company” vehicle.
- Fee: $500 clean-up fee, $250 sanitation fee, and $500 per burn spot.
3. Illegal Drugs and Weapons: No use of illegal drugs and/or possession of illegal weapons of any kind is allowed inside or within 6 feet of “The Company” vehicle.
- Consequence: Termination of reservation with no refunds.
4. Abuse Toward Guests or Chauffeur:
- Guests: Physical, sexual, and/or verbal abuse of any kind by you and/or your guests towards other guests will not be tolerated.
- “The Company” Staff: Physical, sexual, and/or verbal abuse of any kind by you and/or your guests towards “The Company” will not be tolerated.
5. Passenger Safety: All passengers’ body parts must remain inside “The Company” vehicle at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
- Consequence: Termination of reservation with no refunds.
“The Company” chauffeur and/or “The Company” may terminate the reservation/services immediately at any time or anywhere for certain violations of this agreement.

Perfect Transportation Limousines/The Perfect Limo & Sedan (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) applies these terms & conditions to its agents, representatives, affiliates, and employees.
- Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, including cancellations initiated by the customer.
1. Gratuity:
- Chauffeurs rely on gratuity (tips) to provide exceptional service.
- Automatic Gratuity: 15% (below industry standard).
- Open Gratuity: Additional tips for outstanding service are always welcome. Gratuity Guidelines:
2. Non-Medical Transport:
- “The Company” is not a medical transport provider.
- Drivers are not permitted to lift/carry passengers.
- Wheelchairs: Allowed with advance notification and sufficient space.
3. After-Hours Service:
- Services between 12 AM - 5 AM incur an additional $30 fee.
4. Pre-Charging:
- Reservations are charged 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up.
- “The Company” is not liable for delays or disruptions due to:
- Mechanical Breakdowns: If caused by “The Company” or chauffeur error, reasonable accommodations to the original itinerary will be offered.
- Unsafe Road Conditions: Accidents, closures, floods, snow, etc., may cause delays or termination.
Complaints: Must be reported immediately by calling 1-800-951-3017. Complaints not reported on the day of service will not be honored.
- Grace Period: 10 minutes past prearranged ending time.
- Billing: Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments at the regular hourly rate, including fees and gratuity.
1. Cancellation Policy:
- Hour Notice: Required for airport reservations.
- Less than 8 hours: Full reservation amount is charged.
2. International Pick-Ups:
- Additional Fee: $50
- Clients must provide direct contact information (e.g., mobile phone or WhatsApp).
- If no message is received from the chauffeur or company upon arrival, contact 1-800-951-3017 immediately.
3. Curbside Pick-Up:
- Contact chauffeur/company dispatch with airline exit door and pillar location after collecting baggage.
4. Meet & Greet Service:
- Fee: $50
- Chauffeur will display a sign with the client’s last name or company name at the baggage area.

- Within a 5-mile radius: $50 - $100 per stop.
1. Grace Period: 10 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.
2. Waiting Fees: Billed in 30-minute increments at the regular hourly rate, including fees & gratuity.
3. Routing: Price is based on the original route. Additional stops or route changes may incur extra charges.
- The client is responsible for all Fastrak/Toll fees when requested.
- Fees will be added to the final invoice after service completion and charged to the credit card on file.
